Dr. Zach Smith is a Senior Project Director at WestEd, specializing in instructional design, UDL, special education, and school leadership. He holds California teaching credentials in both Special and General Education. Zach earned his master’s in special education from Fresno State and a Doctorate in Education Leadership (Ed.L.D.) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
