About me
Stephen Theall is the Director of Professional Learning and Curriculum for the Tracy Unified School District. During his tenure Tracy Unified has restructured it's Early Release Monday format to prioritize Professional Learning Communities, embedded Universal Design for Learning into teacher trainings, and is currently training site and district administrators on Universal Design for Learning concepts with the goal of removing barriers to student success and increasing learner agency. Prior to serving in his current role Stephen was the Principal at Art Freiler School, where he implemented scheduling to ensure student access to intervention and enrichment while maintaining access to Tier 1 instruction and led pandemic recovery efforts.
