About me
Fred Cochran is a Coordinator for Continuous Improvement and Support at the San Joaquin County Office of Education. With 26 years in education as a teacher, ELD instructor, coach, adjunct instructor, and administrator, he co-leads MTSS efforts in San Joaquin County. Fred provides professional development on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) for Early Childhood through TK-12 educators and administrators. He co-facilitates the UDL Huddle for the Capital Central Foothill Area Consortium (CCFAC), the CA UDL Coalition Network, and serves on the CA UDL Coalition Steering Committee.
